Xavier Oon is a visually driven Creative with a background in Motion Design, Live Action & CGI. He focuses on innovating and developing unique visual content for a diverse range of industries including Tech, Ecommerce, Finance, Blockchain, Tourism, and Retail.

He has directed live action & animated commercials and TV spots for brands such as Microsoft, Marina Bay Sands, Unilever, Dove, Johnson&Johnson, Nike, Bosch, Phillips, Olympus, Konica, Adidas, DBS, OCBC, Standard Chartered, National Geographic, McDonalds, Starhub, Singtel, M1, GIC and creatively directed 7 TV channel branding by leading large 2D/3D Depts and production teams.

In addition to developing ideas for TV advertising & social media campaigns, he possesses expertise in Generative AI tools like Stable Diffusion and Midjourney.

He is hands-on with post-production software such as After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Cinema 4D. These skills enable him to seamlessly liaise with clients so as to execute projects with fine detail & refinement.

Chroma key helps to combine two different shots in the same frame. It replaces all the pixels with the defined green or blue key color with content from other live action material or with digital 2D or 3D content.

Besides being a regular juror for Promax&BDA awards, he regularly gives talks on Motion Design, VFX & Branding at schools & film festivals, sharing knowledge with the future breed of design students.
